You can cancel the service by contacting us via email at contact@skiphireengland.co.uk. You will have the option to either postpone or request a refund. Please note that refunds are subject to a £30 cancellation fee.
It is your responsibility to ensure access is clear for the skip to be delivered. If your skip is to be placed on a public road, please make sure there is a suitable space kept clear for us to drop the skip.
No, you do not need to be present as long as access is clear. It’s helpful if you mark where you want the skip placed or highlight the area where the rubbish should be collected.
Skips must be filled to the level load at the top. Overloading the skip may result in us refusing to collect it, and a £100 charge for a wasted journey may apply.
If you need another skip, you can email us at contact@skiphireengland.co.uk to arrange an exchange. We will collect the filled skip and provide a new one, usually within 72 hours.
Yes, you can request a skip exchange if you have more waste to dispose of. Just email us at contact@skiphireengland.co.uk to arrange the exchange.
Our team will inform you when the agreed amount of waste has been loaded. If there is more waste than ordered, you will have the option to pay extra to have the additional waste cleared as well.
8. What happens if it takes longer than 30 minutes for the “Man in a Van” service to load the waste?
If the waste removal takes longer than the allotted 30 minutes, you will have the option to either pay for additional time or leave the job with some waste still on-site. The choice is yours.
